Once you have placed an order for items (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. You will receive confirmation when an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order. This does not affect your legal rights.

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 72 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
To arrange returns please request a return within 14 days of purchase by emailing annie@anniebroadley.com. Please note that items which have been damaged while in the possession of the purchaser and cards may not be returned.
The item(s) must not be damaged and must be packed securely with proof of purchase in the packaging.
The cost of returning items must be borne by the purchaser except when a painting has arrived in a damaged condition. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about the return.
Once you have added all items and the returns form, pack the items back in the parcel and send it back, via Pack & Send or another reputable courier who offers equally professional packaging.
To the extent it is possible to exclude the application of other laws and regulations, these Terms and your use of our Website are governed by Scottish law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This Website and our Terms have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this Website or the placing of any order through this Website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
